Spread one side of each of the slices of bread with butter. Flip half of them so they're butter-side-down and spread with cranberry sauce. Top with turkey, then bacon, then brie. Add the other slice of bread on top butter-side-up.
Add to a non-stick pan (2 at a time) over medium heat and fry both sides until golden, with the brie starting to leak out.
Slice in half and enjoy!

Notes
a) Turkey - You can use sliced/shaved or diced turkey, won't make a huge different. I usually have breast leftover, but I imagine other cuts of turkey will work just as well.b) Can I sub Chicken? - I've tried this combo with rotisserie chicken and it works just as well! So if you have that leftover then go for it.c) Can I use a different Cheese? - Brie works incredibly well here because it's creaminess balances out the sweet/tart flavours of the cranberry sauce and the saltiness of the bacon. It's also usually what I've got on hand after Thanksgiving/Christmas leftover from a cheeseboard. Having said that, you can experiment with other cheeses if you fancy.d) Calories - assuming 2 tbsp butter total. Calories per sandwich:
