Butter one side of each of your slices of bread. Flip over so they're butter-side-down and spread with Nutella (around 1 tbsp per slice). Top half of them with brie (3 slices each), then add the other slice nutella-side-down/butter-side-up.
Add to a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry both sides until golden, with the cheese just starting the leak out. You may need to do this in two batches.

Notes
a) Brie - I personally don't cut off the rind, you won't even notice it once everything is melted. But you could remove the rind if you wish. I haven't tested it with Camembert, but that would be the closest sub if you haven't got brie (it just has a slightly more pungent flavour).b) Can I sub a different Cheese? - I 100% recommend trying brie first, and if you like that just move on to more milder cheeses such as mild cheddar and mozzarella.c) Bread - As the centre is going to be so gooey, you want a nice firm bread like a Sourdough to help contain the filling. You want fairly thick slices as well. Thin soft white bread is not suitable for this recipe.d) Calories - per sandwich assuming 1 tbsp butter per sandwich:
