Optional - Halve the baguette, open it out and place it on a baking tray. Place under the grill and broil until golden/crisp.
Combine all the 'sauce' ingredients in a small bowl. Taste test for seasoning and adjust if needed.
Slather your preferred amount of sauce on the baguette. Top one side with lettuce, then tomatoes seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, then chicken nuggets. Fold over the top slice, then halve and enjoy!

Notes
a) Sauce - This will make a fair bit, so don't feel like you need to use it all. Just tightly store leftovers in the fridge for a rainy day (good for 3-4days). b) Chicken Nuggets - I usually bung them in the air fryer, just to free up the oven so I can grill the bread. Can also sub chicken tenders or chicken dippers!c) Baguette - I highly recommend using a cheese-crusted baguette/baton. Sainsbury's sells them, usually 7-8" long, so they're perfect to halve.d) Calories - Based on 8 chicken nuggets. Likely an overestimate as it assumes all the sauce is used.
