Cook pot noodle to packet instruction. I usually fill to just below the line and soak for an extra couple of minutes so it's not so watery.
Butter 4 slices of bread. Add pot noodle to two of those slices, then add the other slices on top.
Tuck in and enjoy!

a) Pot Noodle - In my opinion, Chicken & Mushroom is the classic for a sandwich. But go wild with any flavour.b) Bread - Toast makes more sense, but it's gotta be soft bread - hence why you want nice thick slices so the sandwich doesn't fall apart!
